"We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day, and Joseph and Michelle played a huge role in that. They are such a lovely couple; calm, supportive, and incredibly professional throughout. They really helped guide us through the group shots (which can get a bit chaotic!) and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Meeting them the day before to discuss our wedding day was fantastic. They were so attentive to detail and wanted to know exactly which moments we wanted (like first-looks) and key parts of our day that were important to us.
They picked the most perfect moments for our couple portraits, even whisking us away after dinner for some beautiful night-time shots, it was such a special surprise. There were never too many photos, and they never felt in the way, if anything, it felt like they were part of the guests, almost like family.
They worked so hard to get stunning drone footage, and we’re so excited to see how that’s come together in the final edit. We’ve already received a teaser trailer and a few preview photos, and they’ve absolutely blown us away. They truly captured the atmosphere, beauty of the venue, and emotion of the day.
It was such an honour having them for our wedding abroad and knowing we were their first destination wedding clients made it feel even more special. "We had just six weeks to plan our wedding, and it wasn’t easy. I booked Joe and Michelle at the very last minute, and they kindly squeezed us in. From the start, they went above and beyond for us.
My husband wasn’t convinced about hiring a photographer and videographer. He finds the idea uncomfortable and thought we could just hand a camera to guests. But within minutes of Joe and Michelle arriving, he came to me and said how happy he was that I’d booked them. He loved their energy, their attention to detail, and most of all how at ease they made him feel.
Neither of us enjoy posing for photos – we feel awkward and unnatural – so we wanted someone who could capture us candidly, just being ourselves, showing our real love as a couple and as a family. "We picked JacksBack initially after looking at their website & Instagram account and was really impressed. We spoke to Michelle and she was absolutely lovely and helpful in giving advice for our Wedding. We decided to choose JacksBack because of their originality, quality, price & expertise. We spoke to Michelle & Joe just before the wedding to finalise the details of how the day would go. They were so friendly and reassuring and took the stress and worry away.
On the day, they came and greeted us in our separate venues and both of us were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Michelle and Joe took a variety of photos and videos thought out the day. Some natural, official, and items of meaning and relevance. Joe interviewed my husband-to- be at the hotel which was a nice touch to the video.
The photos are of excellent quality. Final payment was not required until after the wedding which took away some pressure and showed us just how trusting they were.
Throughout the day they were non intrusive, yet in control of how things were progressing to ensure we get the highest quality possible. Two lovely people that felt like friends and would highly recommend them to anyone. We thank them so much for making our wedding day just perfect!"

After being messed around I started to feel deflated and didn't believe this would happen. Honestly, I can not believe how lucky I was to find Michelle and Joseph for our last-minute, badly organised wedding. They are friendly, funny, professional, artistic, and so down to earth. They made our photos look like a high-end editorial shoot, which would be a challenge for anyone with little old me.
I would recommend these guys to everyone! If you are reading this review because you are looking for a photographer/videographer, stop looking. You will not find better.

"Booking Jacksback Media for our wedding was the best thing we did!!! After finding out we didn't actually want our original photographer i came across JacksBack and their content blew me away! I contacted without any hesitation to find out they were based hundreds of miles away from us, but that wasn't going to stop me, and i am so glad it didn’t!
